Default He wanted to remove them to get them tested for cancer

I went to a dermatologist about 2 years to get some medicine to treat my acne. While I was there he noticed some freckles on my body that were really dark and odd shaped. He wanted to remove them to get them tested for cancer, the problem is I am deathly afraid of needles and as soon as he walked in the room with one I immediately left and have not returned. Today after getting out of the shower I noticed that I am starting to grow freckles all over my body. Is there anyway for me to check if it is cancer without using needles?
