Default complete cancer in one of the lungs and ramification in the other one?

my sister that is in chile has a friend that was told that she has complete cancerin one of her lunngs and ramification on the second one, for one year she was complaining of pain and the doctor told her it was gastritis until about a yera pat and they did an MRI of the stomach and in ther showed a little piece of her lung that show the cancer did a second MRI and show complete cancer in one of the lungs and ramification on the second one, she want to come to the USa for treatment even if it is experimental because she started some treatment in Chile but the doctor told her not to come because is terminal, she is her late 30 or just turn forty and until then in very good health, she is married with small children and they will be send in more detail information soon, she does not one to give up, help i need an answer soon and some hope, by the way i do not know if she is getting quimo or radiation but she just lost all her hair and the doctor does'nt want to operated on her lungs
