I'm sorry if this is an insensitive question to ask. I have large breast (not smutty comments please) and they both feel like they are riddled with lumps. How would I actually tell if I had a cancerous lump? I am worried that I would not be able to feel or see any difference due to the size of my breasts. I did go to the doctor for a check up about 4 yrs ago, but all she did was look at them from across the room. I don't want to keep going to the doctor, just because I'm a bit paranoid about it. There is a history of breast cancer and cancer in my family. I'm 29.
