Does anyone know about Curing Cancer with water?

I saw a video on the internet about this and seen a lot of Chinese people in the audience. The guy who discovered it I think his name is AL. Joel Bauer, famous man talks about it on his video on google but then he doesn't say anything more of this medical discovery only that it cures cancer using water in a certain way.
