...still have ovaries.? I had uterine cancer when I was 15, my oncologist/gyn said he felt that it was a result of my mother having taken DES, when she was pregnant with me. My mother only remembers taking a pink vitamin, during her pregnancy w/ me. I had read that they gave women "vitamins" but, it was really DES. Which caused cancers in the womens' offspring at puberty or adulthood. SupposedIy DES, was drug to prevent miscarriages.I was born in 1960.

Well, I had uterine cancer 4 years ago and they removed everything. They told me that under no circumstances should I take any HRT of any kind. Interesting about the DES...I was born in 1965 will have to check with my Mom to find out about pink vitamins.
