i have hpv and i get regular paps. But I'm scared b/c i've read everywhere how

it can cause anal cancer? Should I ask my doctor for a anal exam b/c I have hpv or is that ridiculouos? I'm scared b/c I have hpv but I get pap smears to make sure my cervix is ok but I'm scared to get anal cancer? What is my risk? Should I still wait til I'm 50 like your supposed to?
