HPV and anal cancer in women?

I have HPV and it has caused precancerous changes on my cervix and my doc is doing routine check-ups to make sure that it doesn't progress to cervical cancer. I was wondering though that since I have had anal sex, does it mean that i'm at risk for anal cancer as well and what do i do if this is the case?
