If you have stage 4 cancer(brain tumor) how long do you have to live?

My mom was going through chemo and radiation but its wasnt helping her, the cancer was just speading more. We just found out that these are the last days of her life and i just want to spend it with her but i hurt when my girls are taking it harder than i am? I just want some kind of time frame.
