How do I know if I have brain cancer? I always have feeling that I have this...

...illness.? Both my grandparents from my father's side died from this illness. I always have headache, and my body feel weak at times without any reason. Sometimes, I also have difficulties hearing. And my eyes get watery easily. It's painful. Sometimes, it becomes reddish. Do I have brain cancer?
