how long does it take for brain cancer to kill you?

How long does it take for brain cancer to kill someone? I don't have it but PLEASE tell me there's a cure for it... tell me anythinggg you need to do to get rid of it and how much time do you have if you're healthy, play soccer and do a lot of sports and stuff and you're 16...
