Default Brain Cancer?

I'm worried i may have a tumour or something. Ever since my panic attack back in march, i've had severe depersonalization, sensations in my head, like there's blood streaming down my head. Also i dont if its my lungs or what but some organ on the right hand side of my body shakes, i know that sounds weird, but i'll be perfectly fine sitting there and i can feel it move. Also i've been losing time a lot, and two months ago i experienced vertigo for a week or so, then it went away and last week it returned. My eyes also seem like they've expanded, things that should be second nature, seem unfamiliar, i'm often in my own zone and dont feel the need to say anything when someone's talking to me, until i get a hold of myself and realise their talking to me. Also whenever i hear sounds or see some bright light i jump, this is mostly at night time. I went to see my doctor back in june i think it was, and he did a check up and said that i didnt need an brain scan.
Back then these symptoms where there, but they only occurred mainly at night time, now i'm depersonalised all the time in school. And often i have no idea where i am, if i just rest my head for a while. I know its stupid to ask people on here for a diagnosis. But i guess i'm just wondering..could it be a tumour?
