My left arm is always numb an I get some kind of "pain" in my head, but its nothing like a headache. I also feel sleepy all the time...can someone tell me what the numbness an pain mean other than my jumping to conclusions???

If your honestly concerned about having a brain tumour or other kind of cancer I would of thought that you would go to the doctor straight away, as for me I was diagnosed with Langerhans Multisystem Histiocytosis at 9 and my conditions were vomitting in the morning and severe headaches in the afternoon but thats just and that wouldnt be what you have as its incredibly rare, the only advice I can give is that you go to the doctor to get a blood test to check your platelets count and see if anything is irregular, if it is your doctor will decide from there what to do and whether to refer you to an oncologist or not, if some of your platelets are just a little up theres nothing to worry about. Hope you don't fret over this too much

Hmm. It does not sound like a brain tumor to me. You do need to see a doctor anyway. It could be as simple as a pinched nerve in your neck. Also the sleepiness could be from anything- even pain killers. It's worth it to check out. Anyway people get operated for brain tumors all the time and do just fine.

PS If you don't have insurance there are public hospitals in almost every town that can get you medical care for almost nothing.
