Default Does My Dog Have Bladder Cancer?

My sheltie, who is 7years old, has been bleeding heavily during and after urination. The vet concluded through a urine sample that it is not a UTI and that there were abnormal cells in the urine. She is on antibiotics, however they are only making her worse. The vet is being very closed mouth with me regarding the details. Does anyone have any experience with this. I have been around dogs my entire life and have never been so confused. I want to help my baby girl!!!We at first thought it was stones so an x-ray was done and a thick mass was found. That is all the vet has said. I go back in on Tuesday when her antibiotics are almost done. Should I take her back in sooner?
