The house iI rent has lead paint and asbestos, is it legal for landlord to rent to

me with these hazards? Hi, I have been renting this house for 4 years, Just discovered that this house has lea paint, and asbestos. Can a landlord legally rent under these conditions? If I bring it to their attention to they have to remove it? Can they leave hazardous conditions like these in a rental house?
