what homes are most likely to contain asbestos? mine was built in 1991.?

i recently did some remodeling in my home and before that i had no idea about asbestos and that it can be found in homes. so i am wondering what homes are most likely to contain asbestos and does my home built in 1991 contain it? i am a little paranoid because of the illnessess it can cause.
