...I moved four months ago, but the city had bought my building and didn't start tearing it down until recently, where they posted an asbestos warning on the front door. I have a 2-year-old son. I was wondering of any long or short-term affects. What are our legal rights on this matter in the fact that we moved four months ago and they just found it (the building has been empty since I moved)?
