The home is roughly 100 years old. Much of it has been updated and taken care of. There is a pipe in the basement that has asbestos insulation around it. It is aproxamately 12 feet long. Should I be concerned with this? How much would it cost tot remove this if need be? I live in Pennsylvania and there are no regulations that say that I would have to do anything in particular with this since it is not a commercial property. Thanks!

Just put a mask on and put the stuff in a garbadge bag anf haul it to the dump.
