You could either have a really bad ear infection or you might have tonnsolitis which means that your throat always hurts and you can't hardely ever eat, probably need your tonnsols taken out.

Just like most of the answers there are many causes of a sore throat. If your throat never gets any better and you are having a fever, you may want to have a physician do some immune studies. Your IgG level may be low.
