My dad had throat cancer a year ago and had to have a total larengectomy. but the last month or so he has been coughing up lots of blood. The stoma has been changed to plastic but it is still happening. now the doctor says it is just dry air! There is large amounts of blood. It is worrisome. Is there anyone out there with this kindof of problem and what else could it be? Only serious answers please. I know he has to go to the doctor and all that, I just want to know if someone has experienced that kindof bleeding and it is nothing to worry about. thanks
