I have a problem with my throat, could it be cancer?

I am on disability so I am taking alot of pills prescribed from the doctor. The other day I felt like I had one of them ( Pills) stuck in my throat, but now it won't go away. Constantly feels like I have a pill stuck in the bottom of my throat, right under my voice box. Any ideas? Cancer or something else. Please let me know I don't have insurance and I am really scared as to what it could be.
