i have severe throat pain when I sneeze, is that a symptom of throat cancer?

When I sneeze I get pain as if my throat was torn on left side of my throat. At times I have difficulty to swallow. Most times I do not have difficulties. I always have the feeling that something is stuck there even when it does not pain. what might be the problem.

Please see a doctor immediately it can get worse
