i have had a really bad sore throat for about a week now. no fever, no white spots, but my glands are a swollen. i dont smoke but im around people a lot who do smoke such as my brothers and friends. im not going to lie - im somewhat of a hypochondriac. my throat has just been hurting so bad and has been extremely dry (i live in the desert though aka arizona). im going to the doctor on saturday. im only 19 so im thinking it wouldnt be throat cancer but of course the worrier in me is jumping to conclusions and thinking omg! has anyone experienced something like this before? likd i said no fever and as far as i know i dont see any white spots. thank you so much for your answers!!!! they really are greatly appreciated
ps ~ i am not at all sexually active (ive never went beyond making out and honestly ive been too busy touring so i havent done that since august or september) and i do not drink alcohol at all.
