How can I be tested for throat cancer? What kind of testing would be done?

My doctor refuses to test me for anything! I am really p oed. I go to him and complain all the time but he won't even let me stay at the hospital so that I can be treated for pain. All they want to give me is aspirin and charge 50 dollars a pop.
