do i have testicular cancer?

how do u know if u have testicular cancer? i was checking and i felt a little bumb, it feels like a pimple/zit. its not very big. could it be cancerous. im only 15, i dont want to die
its not on my ballsack, its on one of my testicles, so i cant see what it looks like
