Default testicular cancer or epididimal cyst?

how can you determine between these? what symptoms can tell them apart? for example: If it moves, can it still be cancer?
how can you determine between the two? does cancer move?

Go to your G.P. these are usually cysts that require no surgery at al and can be dealt with anti biotics. My friend had 3,worried himself sick until he went to the Dr.

The only way you will know which it is is a trip to the dr and a biopsy. It is better to know and then something can be done if it is cancer
