I'm worried I might have testicular cancer?

I am 14. There is a bumpy spot/area, on the bottom of one of my testicles. I'm afraid/embarrassed to tell my parents to take me to the doctor. what should I do?

planned parenthood. it's not all about babies, they can help with things when you can't go to see a regular doctor. its probably ok, but if you are worried you should get it checked out.
