my husband had testicular cancer when he was a senior in highschool which was about 7 or 8 years ago. he had it removed and didnt have any kind of radiation or chemo or anything just took it and hes been fine ever since he has to go to the urologist once a year and hasnt had a problem, thank god, but my question is can a man with one testicle get a woman pregnant???

does anyone have a story they could tell about getting pregnant in this situation or not being able to get pregnant. i want to hear from people who have gone through this because we are trying to get pregnant and its not happening
