Default is there a vaccine for stomach cancer?

Is there like a vaccine for stomach cancer.

There are no approved vaccine's for cancer, although several are in experimental stages.

No, I think if there was a vaccine for any type of cancer there wouldn't be as much fear of the disease, a bacterium called helicobacter pylori is associated with stomach cancer and people who have it in their stomach are more likely to get stomach cancer.
