Default How rare is it for a 17 year old to have stomach cancer?

Ill start out by saying I have leukemia.
well, ive been dating this guy for about a month..

and he was really close with a girl, and they hooked up a few times before we started dating, and when we started dating he said that he didnt want to go around her because she caused a lot of problems, well shes been trying to get ahold of him since.. now, all of her friends keep calling me saying its important. I just got a message saying that she has stomach cancer and she keeps throwing up, well she didnt get "stomach cancer" until after she found out I have leukemia... I asked my mom about stomach cancer, and she said its very rare for someone thats only 17 to get it..........

Im kind of doubting her story.
=/

What are the chances she actually has cancer?
I dont want to be a jerk if she really does have it..
but I dont want to give sympathy over some fake stuff.
