Default Type A blood disadvantages? Inability to absorb vitamin B, stomach cancers, etc?

I read that those with type A blood like myself don't absorb vitamin B into their systems very well. I am planning to take biotin supplements and I'm afraid now after reading this information that I won't be absorbing it as well.

I also heard that we are more likely to get stomach cancer.

Are there any other things we should look out for? I'm a type A+ male. I'd like honesty, even if the truth is bad news.

Thanks!
