Default Severe bone and joint pain, could it be cancer?

for the past few months i have had severe bone pain, specifically in my arms and legs. more recently, i have developed pain in my joints (elbows and knees). the pain is sometimes so severe that i cannot walk. i have also had multiple episodes of bloody stool. i have also been very tired and moody. my mother is anemic, but i have tested negative for iron deficiency. i also have an irregular menstrual cycle. i am 15 and a 1/2.

i would think more along the lines of growing pains or at the very worst, early onset arthritis. the bloody stool however is a different story. if you've had constipation recently, it could be due to that or hemorrhoids. it kind of depends on how much blood, how bright it is and if it's actually in the stools. you'd be better off talking to the doc.
