Go see a doctor as soon as possible, especially if this is a detectable lump. What you describe is classic signs of sarcoma. A sarcoma can occur in the bone or in the soft tissues such as the ligaments or muscles. Only a doctor can determine what is going on. It may not be anything, but the risks are too great to rely on that thought. The doctor may order blood work, scans, and possibily a biopsy to determine exactly what this is. Don't put it off.
