survived more than 5 yrs aftr detection?
i mean, WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE SURVIVAL???

The 5-year survival rate is less than 10%, but there are survivors.

My cancer was papillary but de-differentiated. Mine is like anaplastic. I recently had a thoracotomy to remove cancer that had spread near the heart. It has been 5 years since my detection.
