do i have thyroid cancer?

jus today, i realised tt when i swallow, de middle of my throat would hurt, de pain is more to de right side but not very painful, when i touch de spot, i can feel a lump dere..is it cancer??? i do not have toher symptoms though. I am 14 dis year and im a male...pls help.,
